Quick answer

Every promise of God finds its 'Yes' in Christ, so through Him believers say 'Amen' to God's glory. Christ is the fulfillment of all God has promised.

Overview

This is a central gospel statement: all the promises God ever made are confirmed and fulfilled in Jesus Christ. Believers respond with 'Amen,' affirming these promises through Him for God's glory. The verse assures Christians that nothing God has pledged will fail, because every promise is secured in the person and work of Christ.
