God walks with Adam in the garden; he tents among Israel in the tabernacle; his glory fills the temple; then "the Word became flesh and dwelt among us" — Immanuel, God with us; he pours out his Spirit to indwell his people; and the Bible closes with the promise, "Behold, the dwelling of God is with man."- 1
Walking in the garden
Genesis 3:8And they heard the sound of the Lord God walking in the garden in the cool of the day, and Adam and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the Lord God among the trees of the garden.

A tent among them
Exodus 25:8And let them make Me a sanctuary, that I may dwell among them.

Glory fills the temple
1 Kings 8:11so that the priests could not continue ministering because of the cloud; for the glory of the Lord filled the house of the Lord.
God's presence fills Solomon's temple. - 4
Immanuel
Matthew 1:23“Behold, the virgin shall be with child, and bear a Son, and they shall call His name Immanuel,” which is translated, “God with us.”

The Word dwelt among us

Revelation 21:3And I heard a loud voice from heaven saying, “Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and He will dwell with them, and they shall be His people. God Himself will be with them and be their God.
