Quick answer
There will be peace, fruitful vines, productive ground, and dew from heaven, all given to the remnant. God will pour out agricultural and covenant blessing.
Overview
Reversing the curses of drought and failure (Haggai 1:10-11; Zechariah 8:10), God promises abundant harvests as a sign of restored favor. Such fruitfulness was a classic covenant blessing for obedience (Leviticus 26:4-5; Deuteronomy 28:11-12). The Lord gives these good things freely to His people as fruit of His grace.
