Quick answer

God will soon pour out His wrath and judge the people for their ways and abominations. The outpouring is imminent and complete.

Overview

The Lord declares He will shortly spend His anger fully and judge according to the people's conduct. The nearness and completeness of the wrath leave no room for delay or escape. As throughout the oracle, the judgment is just, repaying abominations, and points by contrast to the gospel where wrath is poured out on the willing Substitute.
