Two men, two trees, two destinies for the human race.
The first Adam is made in God's image and falls, plunging humanity into sin and death. The last Adam — Jesus — obeys where Adam failed, and by his resurrection becomes a life-giving spirit. As in Adam all die, so in Christ all will be made alive.- 1
