Quick answer
Since we are justified by Christ's blood, we will surely be saved from God's wrath through him. Justification guarantees final salvation.
Overview
Paul argues from the greater to the lesser: if God justified us at great cost through Christ's blood, 'much more' will he save us from coming wrath. The believer's deliverance from final judgment is as secure as the justification already accomplished. This gives strong assurance that the work begun in justification will be completed.
