Quick answer
None would enter the promised land except Caleb and Joshua. Only the two faithful spies escaped the judgment on their generation.
Overview
God excluded the whole rebellious generation from the land He had sworn to give, naming Caleb and Joshua as the sole exceptions. Their faith preserved them when unbelief condemned the rest. The contrast highlights that entering God's promised rest is by faith, a truth the New Testament applies to all believers.
