Quick answer
Jarmuth, Adullam, Socoh, and Azekah are named in the lowland. Notable battle sites appear here.
Overview
Adullam's cave would shelter David and his men (1 Samuel 22:1), and Socoh and Azekah bordered the valley where David faced Goliath (1 Samuel 17:1). Jarmuth's king had been among the southern coalition Joshua defeated (Joshua 10). These towns figure prominently in Judah's later history of deliverance.
