Quick answer

God speaks concerning the great bronze furnishings still remaining in the temple. These too are destined for Babylon.

Overview

The pillars, the bronze sea, and the stands were among Solomon's magnificent temple works (1 Kings 7). God announces their fate to correct the false hope of imminent restoration. Even these massive sacred objects are not exempt from the coming judgment. Their loss underscores that no external religious glory can substitute for covenant faithfulness to God.
