Quick answer

God promises to sanctify His great name so the nations will know He is Yahweh, through what He does in restoring Israel. His saving acts reveal His holiness to the world.

Overview

God will vindicate His holiness publicly by His gracious dealings with His people. The nations will recognize Him as the true God. This missionary purpose, that the world might know the Lord, is fulfilled as the gospel goes to all peoples through Christ.
