Quick answer
Paul had boasted about the Corinthians to Titus and was not put to shame, for his confidence in them proved true. His trust in them was vindicated.
Overview
Paul recalls having spoken well of the Corinthians to Titus before the visit, and their conduct proved his praise accurate. Just as Paul always spoke truthfully to them, his boasting to Titus was also shown to be true. Their faithfulness confirmed his integrity and confidence.
