- John 4:45So when he came into Galilee, the Galileans received him, having seen all the things that he did in Jerusalem at the feast, for they also went to the feast.
- John 4:46Jesus came therefore again to Cana of Galilee, where he made the water into wine. There was a certain nobleman whose son was sick at Capernaum.
- John 4:54This is again the second sign that Jesus did, having come out of Judea into Galilee.
- John 5:11He answered them, “He who made me well, the same said to me, ‘Take up your mat, and walk.’”
- John 5:15The man went away, and told the Jews that it was Jesus who had made him well.
- John 5:16For this cause the Jews persecuted Jesus, and sought to kill him, because he did these things on the Sabbath.
- John 5:18For this cause therefore the Jews sought all the more to kill him, because he not only broke the Sabbath, but also called God his own Father, making himself equal with God.
- John 5:19Jesus therefore answered them, “Most certainly, I tell you, the Son can do nothing of himself, but what he sees the Father doing. For whatever things he does, these the Son also does likewise.
- John 5:20For the Father has affection for the Son, and shows him all things that he himself does. He will show him greater works than these, that you may marvel.
- John 5:27He also gave him authority to execute judgment, because he is a son of man.
- John 5:29and will come out; those who have done good, to the resurrection of life; and those who have done evil, to the resurrection of judgment.
- John 5:30I can of myself do nothing. As I hear, I judge, and my judgment is righteous; because I don’t seek my own will, but the will of my Father who sent me.
- John 5:36But the testimony which I have is greater than that of John, for the works which the Father gave me to accomplish, the very works that I do, testify about me, that the Father has sent me.
- John 6:2A great multitude followed him, because they saw his signs which he did on those who were sick.
- John 6:6This he said to test him, for he himself knew what he would do.
- John 6:10Jesus said, “Have the people sit down.” Now there was much grass in that place. So the men sat down, in number about five thousand.
- John 6:14When therefore the people saw the sign which Jesus did, they said, “This is truly the prophet who comes into the world.”
- John 6:15Jesus therefore, perceiving that they were about to come and take him by force, to make him king, withdrew again to the mountain by himself.
- John 6:28They said therefore to him, “What must we do, that we may work the works of God?”
- John 6:30They said therefore to him, “What then do you do for a sign, that we may see, and believe you? What work do you do?
- John 6:38For I have come down from heaven, not to do my own will, but the will of him who sent me.
- John 7:3His brothers therefore said to him, “Depart from here, and go into Judea, that your disciples also may see your works which you do.
- John 7:4For no one does anything in secret, and himself seeks to be known openly. If you do these things, reveal yourself to the world.”
- John 7:17If anyone desires to do his will, he will know about the teaching, whether it is from God, or if I am speaking from myself.
- John 7:19Didn’t Moses give you the law, and yet none of you keeps the law? Why do you seek to kill me?”
- John 7:21Jesus answered them, “I did one work, and you all marvel because of it.
- John 7:23If a boy receives circumcision on the Sabbath, that the law of Moses may not be broken, are you angry with me, because I made a man completely healthy on the Sabbath?
- John 7:31But of the multitude, many believed in him. They said, “When the Christ comes, he won’t do more signs than those which this man has done, will he?”
- John 7:51“Does our law judge a man, unless it first hears from him personally and knows what he does?”
- John 8:28Jesus therefore said to them, “When you have lifted up the Son of Man, then you will know that I am he, and I do nothing of myself, but as my Father taught me, I say these things.
- John 8:29He who sent me is with me. The Father hasn’t left me alone, for I always do the things that are pleasing to him.”
- John 8:34Jesus answered them, “Most certainly I tell you, everyone who commits sin is the bondservant of sin.
- John 8:38I say the things which I have seen with my Father; and you also do the things which you have seen with your father.”
- John 8:39They answered him, “Our father is Abraham.” Jesus said to them, “If you were Abraham’s children, you would do the works of Abraham.
- John 8:40But now you seek to kill me, a man who has told you the truth, which I heard from God. Abraham didn’t do this.
- John 8:41You do the works of your father.” They said to him, “We were not born of sexual immorality. We have one Father, God.”
- John 8:44You are of your father, the devil, and you want to do the desires of your father. He was a murderer from the beginning, and doesn’t stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaks a lie, he speaks on his own; for he is a liar, and its father.
- John 8:53Are you greater than our father, Abraham, who died? The prophets died. Who do you make yourself out to be?”
- John 9:6When he had said this, he spat on the ground, made mud with the saliva, anointed the blind man’s eyes with the mud,
- John 9:11He answered, “A man called Jesus made mud, anointed my eyes, and said to me, ‘Go to the pool of Siloam, and wash.’ So I went away and washed, and I received sight.”
- John 9:14It was a Sabbath when Jesus made the mud and opened his eyes.
- John 9:16Some therefore of the Pharisees said, “This man is not from God, because he doesn’t keep the Sabbath.” Others said, “How can a man who is a sinner do such signs?” There was division among them.
