Then I heard a loud voice shouting across the heavens, “It has come at last— salvation and power and the Kingdom of our God, and the authority of his Christ. For the accuser of our brothers and sisters has been thrown down to earth— the one who accuses them before our God day and night.

Quick answer
A heavenly voice proclaims that salvation, power, and Christ's kingdom have come, for the accuser of the brothers is cast down. Satan's accusing role against believers is ended.
Overview
The defeat of "the accuser" who charged God's people "day and night" (compare Job 1-2; Zechariah 3) means believers can no longer be condemned before God. This triumph is the dawning of salvation and the reign of Christ. It rests on Christ's atoning work, by which no charge can stand against God's elect (Romans 8:33-34). The verse turns Satan's downfall into a song of the kingdom's arrival.
