Overview
David continues describing God's opposition to sin, naming lying and bloodthirsty deceit as objects of His abhorrence. The God of truth cannot abide those who traffic in deception and violence. This sharpens the contrast with Christ, in whose mouth no deceit was found (1 Peter 2:22), and who calls His people to truth.
