Quick answer
No one is like the Lord our God, enthroned on high. His incomparable majesty has no rival.
Overview
The rhetorical question 'Who is like Yahweh?' affirms God's utter uniqueness and exalted enthronement. Yet He is also 'our God,' both transcendent and personally related to His people. This unmatched God is revealed most fully in Jesus, who is Immanuel, God with us (Matthew 1:23).
