Quick answer
The servants of the Lord are called to praise His name. Worship of God is the fitting work of His people.
Overview
Psalm 113 opens the 'Hallel' (Psalms 113-118) sung at Israel's great feasts, including Passover. The threefold call to 'praise' summons the Lord's servants to wholehearted worship of His name, which represents His revealed character. Jesus and His disciples likely sang these very psalms at the Last Supper (Matthew 26:30).
