Quick answer
Even the great trees, the cedars of Lebanon, are watered by the LORD, for He Himself planted them. God sustains the mightiest works of nature.
Overview
The towering cedars, symbols of strength, owe their flourishing entirely to God's planting and watering. Nothing in creation, however grand, is self-sustaining. The God who tends His trees is the same Lord who plants and cultivates His people, that they may flourish like trees beside streams of water.
