Quick answer
Holon and Debir, with their pasturelands, are also given to the priests. The list of priestly cities in Judah continues.
Overview
Debir, once a Canaanite stronghold captured during the conquest, now became a home for Aaron's descendants. The transformation of conquered cities into places of priestly ministry shows God turning sites of former opposition into centers of His service. The detailed record again magnifies His faithful provision for those set apart to Him.
