Quick answer
In that day the land will overflow with wine, milk, and water, and a fountain will flow from Yahweh's house. God's restored land will be marvelously fruitful and refreshed.
Overview
Joel closes this section with a vision of extraordinary abundance, mountains dripping wine, hills flowing with milk, streams running, and a fountain issuing from the temple to water the land. This life-giving fountain from God's house anticipates the river of living water flowing from God's presence (Ezekiel 47, Revelation 22:1). It pictures the full and final blessing God brings through Christ, the source of living water (John 7:38).
