Quick answer
The animals need not fear, for the pastures are green again and the trees bear fruit. God's restoration reaches even the beasts of the field.
Overview
Where the livestock once groaned for lack of pasture (1:18), Joel now declares renewed growth, fruitful trees, and yielding vines. The blessing extends to the animals, reversing the earlier desolation. This restoration of the created order reflects God's care for all His works and anticipates the day when creation itself will be freed from bondage and made fully fruitful (Romans 8:21).
