Quick answer
At the thunderstorm Elihu's heart trembles and leaps from its place. The display of God's power fills him with holy awe.
Overview
As Elihu contemplates the storm, his own heart pounds with fear and wonder at God's majesty. This response of trembling awe is the fitting reaction of a creature before the Creator's power (cf. Hab. 3:16). Such reverent fear is the beginning of wisdom (Prov. 9:10), and it points to the worship due to God, whom we approach with reverence through Christ (Heb. 12:28-29).
