Quick answer
God invites all the ends of the earth to look to him and be saved, for he alone is God. Salvation is offered freely to everyone who turns to him.
Overview
This is one of Scripture's great evangelistic calls: 'Look to me, and be saved, all the ends of the earth.' Salvation comes simply by turning the gaze of faith to the one true God. Christians have always heard here the universal gospel offer, fulfilled in Christ lifted up so that all who look to him in faith may live.
