Quick answer
God's people are now pictured as a delightful vineyard worth singing about.
Overview
In contrast to the failed vineyard of Isaiah 5, here God's people are a 'pleasant vineyard' celebrated in song. The shift signals restoration and renewed favor toward His covenant people. It foreshadows the true vine, Christ, in whom God's people become fruitful and beloved.
