Quick answer
Many peoples will urge one another to go up and learn God's ways, as His law goes out from Zion. It pictures a worldwide hunger to know and obey the LORD.
Overview
The nations come not for conquest but for instruction, eager to walk in God's paths. The going forth of God's word from Jerusalem is fulfilled as the gospel spreads from there to the world (Luke 24:47; Acts 1:8). This is the missionary vision realized in Christ, the great teacher of God's ways.
