Quick answer

God will hand Ammon over as plunder, cut them off from the nations, and destroy them, so they know He is Yahweh. Their contempt brings their own perishing.

Overview

In direct response to their malice, God stretches out His hand to make Ammon spoil for the nations and to cause them to 'perish out of the countries.' The judgment is total and aims at the recognition 'you shall know that I am Yahweh.' God's vindication of His people and His self-revelation go hand in hand throughout these oracles.
