My hand will be against the prophets who see false visions and speak lying divinations. They will not belong to the council of My people or be recorded in the register of the house of Israel, nor will they enter the land of Israel. Then you will know that I am the Lord GOD.

Quick answer
God's hand will be against these prophets: excluded from His people's council, blotted from the register, barred from the land—then they will know He is the Lord GOD.
Overview
Their judgment is comprehensive: no place in the community's counsel, no name among the recorded people of God, no return to the land. Being erased from the register echoes exclusion from the people of God (cf. Ps. 69:28). It warns that those who falsely claim God's authority forfeit a share among His true people.
