Quick answer
God will snare the prince in His net and bring him to Babylon, yet he will die there without seeing it.
Overview
The 'net' is God's inescapable judgment; the paradox of going to Babylon yet not seeing it was fulfilled when Zedekiah was blinded before being taken there (2 Kings 25:7). The seemingly contradictory prophecy proved literally true. It demonstrates that no king can evade the sovereign hand of God.
