Overview
As with the furnishings, the whole structure was to be erected exactly as God had revealed on Sinai. This repeated charge underscores that worship must conform to God's revelation, not human preference. The earthly tabernacle, built to the heavenly pattern, foreshadowed the true sanctuary fulfilled in Christ (Hebrews 8:5).
