Quick answer

From the sons of Uzziel comes Micah, and from Micah's sons, Shamir. The Kohathite line of Uzziel is recorded.

Overview

Uzziel was the fourth Kohathite clan (Exod 6:18). By naming successive generations, the Chronicler establishes the continuity and legitimacy of each Levitical household available for service. These genealogies, though brief, testify that God preserves identifiable lines of servants to maintain the worship and ministry of His people across time.
