A man of the Arabs living at the time of the Patriarchs, first mentioned at Gen.25.14) only referred to as Mishma (מִשְׁמָע); son of Ishmael; a brother of Nebaioth, Kedar, Adbeel, Mibsam, Dumah, Massa, Hadad, Tema, Jetur, Naphish, Kedemah and Mahalath.
