A man from the tribe of Judah living at the time of United Monarchy, first mentioned at 1Ch.3.6) referred to as Elpelet (אֶלְפָּֽלֶט), or Eliphelet (אֲלִיפֶ֫לֶט); son of David; a brother of Amnon, Chileab, Absalom, Adonijah, Shephatiah, Ithream, Shammua, Shobab, Nathan, Solomon, Ibhar, Elishua, Nepheg, Japhia, Elishama, Eliada, Eliphelet, Tamar, Nogah and Jerimoth.
