A king living at the time of Exile and Return, first mentioned at Ezr.4.7 (though some think this is another Artaxerxes)) referred to as Artaxerxes (אַרְתַּחְשַׁשְׂתָּא), or Artaxerxes (Aramiac אַרְתַּחְשַׁשְׂתְּא); son of Xerxes I or Ahasuerus and Vashti; brother of Darius.
