Creation
Genesis 1–2
God speaks the cosmos into ordered, good existence in six days and rests on the seventh.
The Bible opens not with an argument for God but with God already there, creating by his word. The account is structured: days 1–3 form the realms (light, sky/sea, land), days 4–6 fill them (lights, birds/fish, animals and humanity). Humanity is the climax, made in God's image to rule as his representatives, and the seventh-day rest crowns the whole as a temple-cosmos where God dwells with what he has made.
